Because a hero’s legacy is carried forward by the community they protected.
A Corporal Daegan Page Foundation ProgramThe Love Never Ends Initiative
This program engages the following individuals:
-
Children of all ages are encouraged to share their creativity. A child’s drawing of a flag, a heart, or a simple "thank you" provides a unique light to a grieving family or a deployed service member. These "small acts" remind our heroes what they are fighting for.
-
Adults and students who wish to turn their gratitude into action. Whether you are a skilled writer or simply want to offer a word of solidarity, your hand-written note provides a tangible connection that digital messages cannot match.
-
Those who understand the weight of the watch. We invite veterans to join us at the table to share words of strength and "The Dae Way" spirit with those currently in the field.

A letter can be a lifeline. A drawing can be a piece of hope.
The Love Never Ends Initiative is a community-led program based out of Anchor Commons. We believe that love, and legacy, never ends, but it must be nurtured through action.
This is not a formal writing class or a professional art studio. It is a gathering place where neighbors of all ages sit together at the table to craft messages for our military community. By combining the heartfelt words of adults with the raw creativity of children, we ensure that our stationed troops feel supported and our Gold Star families feel remembered.
This is one way we keep Daegan's legacy alive. With compassion. With action. With love that doesn't stop.
What The Love Never Ends Initiative
Why the Name “Love Never Ends”?
The name comes from our foundation’s core promise. Love Never Ends is more than a phrase. It is a commitment. We believe that the bond between a service member, their family, and their community stays strong even after they are gone or while they are far from home.
Why It Matters
A letter is a piece of home. A drawing is a piece of hope. Digital messages are easy to delete, but a hand-written card is something a mother can hold or a Marine can keep in a gear vest.
For recently fallen families, hearing their hero’s name used by others proves they are not forgotten. For active troops, a card from a child reminds them what they are standing for. This initiative turns quiet gratitude into a physical reminder of support.
We host workshops at Anchor Commons where we provide all the materials.
The Honor Track (KIA Families) We create personalized cards for families who have recently lost a loved one. Adults write sincere messages while children provide artwork. We use premium envelopes and high quality cardstock to ensure these are keepsakes.
The Strength Track (Active Duty) We create general cards for units currently stationed or deployed. These are morale boosters. We focus on volume and energy so as many service members as possible receive a reminder that their community has their back.
How the Program Works
For Donors: Why your support matters
Your donation turns a simple gesture into a lasting legacy. It pays for the premium stationery sent to Gold Star families and the postage that carries a child’s drawing to a deployed unit.
By funding these supplies, you provide a grieving mother with physical proof that her hero is remembered and a stationed Marine with a tangible piece of home. Every dollar ensures that our community’s gratitude is delivered where it is needed most.
